What data and why
The site does not collect data through forms or store it on a server. The enquiry composer in “Contact” only puts a message together and opens your email program — you send it yourself. If you write to us or call, we process your data (name, email address, phone number, message) to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and, once a contract is signed, to perform it and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
How long
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any work that follows, and accounting documents for the period required by tax law.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party services (fonts and images are on our own server). The browser’s localStorage only keeps your chosen theme — light or dark — if you change it with the switch. Google Maps opens only when you click the link, in a new tab.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Its servers may log technical connection data (such as the IP address) to keep the service secure and running.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
